Meet Leonie

Leonie has been attending Transformed Weight Loss program since March 2020, during the onset of Covid19.

Leonie was successful in reaching her goal weight by following the advice of our Exercise Physiologists and Dietitian, Milly Smith.

During the lockdown time in 2020 Leonie maintained her weight loss journey by following her dietary advice and exercising by walking. When COVID restrictions lifted Leonie returned and attended classes here at Your Health Hub.

Leonie completed her 12 week journey with Transformed but kept up her exercise program with Your Health Hub and walking.

After Leonie finished the program things began to slip and she regained 2kg. She really missed the accountability she got from Your Health Hub and has now rejoined Transformed.

Leonie has seen Erin Davis, our Exercise Physiologist and is doing the pelvic, core and more exercise program twice a week. She also attends the mat and more class with Amanda Robertson, our Physiotherapist.

Leonie promotes that these classes, and having accountability to the Transformed team have helped her get back on track and since 25th March, 2021 she has already lost 2.8kg and 19cm.

Well done Leonie, this is an amazing effort!
